If you like rose petals, you are going to love our wild rose buds!

Aside from looking and smelling beautiful, roses have many health benefits. Rose buds contain a high concentration of Vitamin C, higher than  fresh fruits like oranges, tomatoes, and grapefruits. This makes them a great herbal tea to maintain healthy and radiant skin, and to fight off the symptoms of cold and flu.

Rose tea is also great for the digestive system, reducing the risk of dysentery, diarrhea, gastroenteritis and constipation. It contains rich nutrients and organic acids which help to prevent digestive problems and eliminate build up in the intestines. Rose tea also aids in removing toxins from the bladder and kidneys, reducing the risk of urinary tract infections, and clearing blockages caused by kidney stones.

Finally, drinking rose flower herbal tea is a great way to relax after a busy day at office, as it can calm the central nervous system, reducing anxiety.

How to make Rose Bud Tea

We recommend steeping our pink rosebud tea in a covered glass teapot. Use about 2 teaspoons to 500 ml of 95°c water. Steep for 4-5 minutes for the first and second brewing. Increase temperature and time for further brews. Glass tea mugs or teapots are great as you can look through the glass and appreciate the wonderful appearance of the pink roses.
